ELECTION OF OFFICERS:

We Need Volunteers:

This year’s Board Officers to be elected are, Treasurer, Secretary, and ARC Liaison.If you are interested in running for office, please complete an online application and submit to the board at: lwrtnpoa@easyhoa.email. All applications must be received no later than September 6, 2025 in order to be placed on the ballot. No applicants will be accepted after the deadline of September 6, 2025.

All candidates must be deeded lot owners and in good standing. All dues must be current with no money owed.

All approved candidates submitting the official application to the Board will be included in the September Annual Meeting Newsletter which be emailed on Sept 16, 2025 and posted on the LWR website. More information will be posted on the website under, Documents, Annual Meetings & Elections, 2025 as it becomes available.
